CCP are delighted to be supporting one of the UK’s leading eye health care specialists with the appointment of a Sales and Customer Service Executive to join their contact centre as soon as possible. You will promote the company and deliver exceptional customer service to potential and existing customers, converting warms leads via multiple contact channels. Basic salary can be up to £26,000 per annum with uncapped commissions, with top performers regularly earning an extra £850 monthly.

The role will be on a hybrid basis with the successful Sales and Customer Service Executive working 3 days at home, the other 2 days will be based in their office in Northwest London. Your time will be split between core sales times and responding to customer service enquiries. Shifts would fall between the hours of 8am to 7pm (Monday to Thursday) and 9am to 5:30pm (Friday). The sales team also work one Saturday a month for just a few hours.

The successful Sales and Customer Service Executive will:
  • Confidently handle calls, emails, and social media enquiries in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Respond to initial customer enquiries converting leads into customer consultations.
  • Ensure all bookings are logged accurately, updating any amendments accordingly.
  • Resolve any issues or enquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Manage and prioritise workload in line with KPI’s ensuring service levels are met.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills with both internal and external contacts.
  • Support the marketing team when required, assisting with attendees, database management, mailings, and research.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualities:
  • Passion for delivering high sales volumes and high standards of customer service.
  • Target driven and can demonstrate ability to work to KPI’s.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong IT skills and proficient using computer systems.
  • Able to build rapport and comfortable speaking to a wide range of potential customers.
  • Able to maintain relationships with colleagues and customers, even in challenging situations.
  • Always display a professional attitude towards colleagues and customers.  

Experience:
  • Sound knowledge of how to deliver a ‘sales through service’ approach in a contact centre environment.
  • Knowledge of using patient administration systems and electronic medical record systems would be desirable.
