CCP are delighted to be working alongside an award-winning travel company who are looking to add an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to their team. With the company experiencing tremendous growth due to eases in travel restrictions, this is an exciting brand-new opportunity within their contact centre operation. They are ideally looking for a flexible Learning and Development Specialist, preferably with experience in introducing Learning Development Systems (LMS) and the travel industry.

The successful Learning and Development Specialist will play a key role in helping support the growth and development of existing employees as well as the onboarding for all new starters. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you will also help create, design, and deliver new learning materials (both hard and soft skills) for all workers within the company.

Key Responsibilities
 
  • Champion the development of the overall Learning and Development plan.
  • Create and deliver training programmes to aid the development and growth of all employees via a blended approach (digitally and traditionally).
  • Monitor and implement learning and development needs following analysis of performance reviews and appraisals.
  • Support the design and facilitate in-house events to support the achievement of the required culture.
  • Be a strong organiser with excellent planning skills and the ability to prioritise and manage complex workloads; be able to cope in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change; analyse and interpret data to identify trends.
  • Use data and feedback to refine and improve the Learning and Development programme whilst also developing your own skills and experiences.
  • Ensure all onboarding and training to new starters is completed in a timely manner whilst delivering training and other materials to existing employees.

Key Requirements
 
  • You will be an experience Learning and Development Specialist. Ideally having solid experience in delivering to a dispersed workforce (Office workers, Hybrid workers, Homeworkers).
  • Great communicator who has the ability to build and maintain relationships within the company at all levels.
  • You will be very organised and great at planning for the future in detail.
  • You will have the ability to think outside the box to solve problems and overcome any barriers whilst managing a busy workload and getting results.
  • Proven experience at managing a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Experience in creating and adapting learning materials to meet the needs and constant development of employees.
  • Proven to thrive in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining the highest levels of work and meeting targets.
  • Flexibility with hybrid working, some weeks may require more days in the office than others.

This is a full-time role with an expected start date in June. The role is hybrid with the office being based in London, flexibility will be key depending on business needs and requirements.
