We are delighted to be working once again with an incredible, rapidly growing eCommerce brand which operates across an exciting industry sector as they expand their team into the European market. As a result, they are looking to recruit Bilingual Customer Service Advisors (English/French & English/German).

The role will be fully remote and will see you servicing customers across a mix of email and web channels. With customer experience being at the absolute forefront of everything my client does, the emphasis is on ensuring that customers receive a world class journey every time.

Reporting to the Customer Experience Supervisor, the European CX Agent will service French and German market customers in their native tongue.

To be considered for this role you MUST:

  • Be fluent in English and German or French (you will be given a language test)
  • Have previous customer contact centre experience (preferable, not essential)
  • Possess a real focus to work through a heavy workload of customer queries without compromising quality
  • Ideally have a background providing customer service in an eCommerce business or similar
  • Have a real passion to deliver world class customer experience within an exciting, cool brand and be part of its growth
  • Face to face, retail experience will be considered, and it is preferred that candidates are passionate about fashion
