As a Recruitment Consultant (or Recruitment Partner as we refer to you as here at CCP) you will be responsible for supporting our amazing clients when they are looking for awesome new people to join their contact centre operations across the UK (and sometimes overseas). We are looking for someone with previous recruitment experience who can operate in a non-scripted, non KPI driven environment where teamwork really does count.
You will be given an opportunity to work roles on a HOT desk immediately and will be tasked with managing key accounts and opening new doors through networking and building long term relationships with the super people within our network. Our industry is HUGE, and our market reputation is fantastic, meaning we quite simply have too much work on, and need additional manpower to support these great brands that partner with us.
Over the past decade we’ve partnered with some amazing companies and we’re proud to work with some of the best brands in the world. These clients include: Amazon, Apple, eBay, Bupa, Burberry, Ralph Lauren, ASOS, Dr Martens, The National Lottery, Yopa and many more. We’re keen to continue to grow our client base over the coming years.
This is a Monday – Friday role, and our typical hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm giving flexibility to work from home two days per week. The role is paying £20,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience plus monthly commission of up to £5,000 per month.
Strong recruiters at CCP have historically earned well over £75,000 including commission.
