We are proud to be working with a major insurance company as they look to recruit committed Telephone sales representative for their Aylesbury-based contact centre operation. You must be able to demonstrate resilience, reliability, excellence in execution and confidence while speaking to customers.
As a Telephone Sales Agent, you will be responsible for taking a very high volume of calls from customers, fielding general customer service enquiries, and resolving simple complaints via telephone, email, and live chat and upsale.
You must take pride in providing an efficient and effective service, delivering first time contact resolution in a timely and accurate manner achieving a high level of service to customers.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience working in a customer focused environment within sales, ideally within a contact centre however consideration will be given to individuals who have either worked within customer facing environments.

Must Haves
- Have some customer service front line experience within Sales
- Understanding the values you can provide whist being in customer service
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a scheduled environment with the ability to multitask
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience working as a team
- Be able to Upsale
