As an Property Admin Assistance within the Housing Department, you will ensure all day to day sub-contractors have safely arrived on-site, updating the CRM system with the day to day duties which have been carried out, getting quotes from sub-contractors who are on the PSL, approving quotes via management, uploading data onto the system/spreadsheet.
You would be answering calls, replying directly, inform the callers that they are adhering to local government policies.
Would need to be extremely organised, have strong customer service and admin skills, and ensure all documents are in line with the compliance with regulations and contractual requirements as per the government policies.
You will be providing support to the backlog housing repair team and other members when necessary.
Maintain electronic and other filing systems, photocopying etc.
Salary & Start date
Start ASAP – 3 months contract – with view to extend.
£12.30 Umbrella -
Monday – Friday – 36 hours per week.
