I am pleased to be partnering with a brand-new client within financial services, looking for x8 Customer Service Executives to join the team. You will be the first point of contact for all customers and aim for first call resolutions when dealing with their queries and complaints.
As a Customer Service Executive, you will need to have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as you will be communicating via phone and email.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience working in a customer focused environment, whether this be contact centre or face to face based.
If candidates are from a financial service background, it is preferred that you understand pension regulations and / or possess CF1 or FA2 (or hold a similar financial qualification).

Hours: Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week between 8:00 to 18:00
