Job Title: Operations Analyst

Work environment: Office based (possible 1 day working from home)

I am currently looking for a highly analytical, data driven individual with the ability to pull great insight through a variety of data sets. These are relative to resourcing, customer relations and quality. All of which are managed through Amazon Web Services (AWS); our clients chosen workflow system.
The organisation is enjoying a continued period of growth. With customer engagement key to this, it is imperative that the operations analyst is able to work effectively and efficiently with numerous key internal stakeholders across customer experience, work force management and process improvement. Key to this will be to have gravitas and the ability to gain credibility.
To be considered for this role, you must:
o Possess strong analytical capability.
o Have strong people leadership experience as you will have leadership responsibilities for five direct reports.
o Have strong performance management skills.
o Ideally have previous experience of (AWS), however consideration given to experience of other WFM/workflow/CRM systems.
