CCP are delighted to be supporting an exciting new client with the appointment of a Senior Sales Consultant to join their trusted team as soon as possible. Due to consistent growth and demand they are looking to expand their team, you will be a specialist in client engagement operating as the first point of contact to care seekers and professionals. It will be essential to demonstrate a considerate and compassionate nature when dealing with inbound enquiries, you must also possess an instinct and hunger when it comes to sales opportunities. A background in care is not essential, this would also suit candidates with experience in recruitment or sales with the right qualities.

The successful Senior Sales Consultant will:
  • Promptly manage inbound call and email enquiries, converting leads into active accounts using a consultative sales through service approach.
  • Display a flexible and attentive approach to work, responding to new leads quickly and professionally.
  • Work closely with Operations to source, identify and sell client opportunities to suitably matched carers.
  • Account manage and prioritise clients for ongoing and longer-term engagement.
  • Use and monitor a range of apps to post client needs and engage with carers.

Key Competencies and Abilities:
  • Sales and target driven with a desire to consistently deliver to a high standard.
  • Able to quickly assess people, situations, and business opportunities.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, managing multiple workloads while delivering to a high level.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, showing genuine empathy coupled with a drive to deliver.
  • Able to quickly build rapport and credibility.
  • Always be open to learning and professional development.
  • High attention to detail, even under time pressure and demanding workloads.
  • Desire to constantly measure, assess and improve processes.

Beyond this role there is genuine scope to progress into an Operations Management position, where you would oversee carer recruitment and be involved in process improvement, advertising, compliance and CRM.

The core operational hours are 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, with rotational weekend and evening requirements split between the team. The role will be on a hybrid basis working down to just 1 day a week in the office after an initial settling in period. The basic salary range would be between £30,000-£35,000, with the potential to earn and additional £5,000-£10,000 in commissions.
