Due to the growth of this suburb organisation, we are in search for Customer Feedback Service Officers who has great excellent customer skills, great listener and a problem solver.


Preferred Skills & Responsibilities:


  • Be able to coordinate and respond to non-statutory complaints and customer feedback across directorates
  • Promoting great customer service and providing timely and resolution focused approach to in line with local policies.
  • Be able to provide direction, support and advice to colleagues, service users and third parties
  • Fantastic verbal and communication skills
  • Able to work within a team and as an individual
  • To undertake such other duties as may be assigned from time to time, including assisting other staff within the wider voice of the customer and customer service centre.
