We are proud to be working with a brand-new client, a financial services client who are looking to recruit passionate Customer Service Advisors. You must be able to demonstrate resilience, integrity, excellence in execution and confidence while speaking to customers about a variety of queries.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective service, delivering first time contact resolution in a timely and accurate manner achieving a high level of service to members.

To be considered for this role, you must have experience working in a customer focused environment, ideally within a contact centre however consideration will be given to individuals who have either worked within financial services.

Must Haves
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage own workload

All successful candidates will be subject to a credit check.
Salary: £20,000
Start Dates: 10th October / 24th October
Contract Type: Permanent – Full Time – Flexible Hybrid Working
Hours: 37.5 hours per week between 8:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday
