On behalf of my client; a market leading insurance organisation, I'm looking for 2 Sales Team Managers to join a highly dynamic, growing and successful team.

You will take full day-to-day responsibility for managing a large team of sales agents, all of whom will be taking inbound, B2C sales enquiries from (potential) new customers.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for driving performance through high but very achievable KPI metrics, coaching, both on a planned and an ad-hoc basis where required and providing full support across the team from a delivery and mindset/approach angle too. 

You will have a proven sales/telesales background, be an ethical salesperson who adopts an ethical approach to your work and will respect the business brand and ethos as well as the customers with whom you and your team engages. You must have an eye for an up-sell and/or a cross-sell opportunity and will ensure that your team is set to be able to do the same through ongoing coaching.

To be considered for this role, you MUST:
  • Have a proven sales leadership background
  • Possess excellent team leadership/management experience
  • Have the ability to coach, mentor and performance manage a team of sales agents with varying capabilities
  • Have a positive, driven attitude and instil the same qualities into your team
  • Be able to work closely and effectively with other key stakeholders
This role will be based fully onsite in Essex, however, candidates may be considered for our client's site in Cardiff too.
