Head of Contact Centre

£50000 - £65000 per annum

We are working exclusively with a fantastic family run business who are looking for a Head of Contact Centre to lead their 85FTE operation in Liverpool. 

You’ll be responsible for people leadership, strategicly guiding the operation through growth and change and managing their UK-based outsource partner who operate an out-of-hours and overflow facility. Given the nature of the role, it will require someone to be on-site 5 days per week but the business has ambitions to implement new technology in the future that will allow for a more flexible hybrid working model.
