We are delighted to be supporting an instantly recognisable global sporting brand with the appointment of a Ticketing Executive to join their busy contact centre in Central Manchester. This is a full-time role offering a hybrid working arrangement, the successful Ticketing Executive will be the first point of contact for supporters and visiting fans dealing with a range of enquiries in a welcoming, informed, and engaging manner. Previous experience working within a ticketing environment is essential.
This is a hybrid role offering the opportunity to work from home part of the week. The standard working week shifts would be either 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm (35 hours, Monday to Friday). PLEASE NOTE: On matchdays played at home and events such as concerts and other sports, you will be required to work up until half time.

 The successful Ticketing Executive will:
  • Undertake administrative duties such as ticket allocation (for domestics and European, home and away matches), Season Tickets and Membership renewals, duplicate requests, and collections.
  • Liaise with other clubs regarding ticket allocations, fulfilment, and stadium planning.
  • Maximise efficiency and produce accurate results using system led processes (batch ticket sales, cup ticket payment processes).
  • Increase sales by cross selling other products and services, demonstrating professionalism and exceptional service.
  • Take ownership and handle all customer contact with professionalism, responding to calls and emails in an effective, timely and responsible manner.
  • Demonstrate an understanding and take responsibility for maximising sales of club membership, match tickets and season tickets.
  • Undertake general office duties, such as preparing and maintain meeting rooms, signing people in/out, keeping customer facing arears tidy, ensuring the Ticketing and Membership Services counter is suitably stocked.
Skills, Experience and Qualities:
  • Previous experience working within a ticketing environment (essential)
  • Client account management to help enhance customer experience.
  • Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft office and able to pick up system processes quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, while building and developing both internal and external relationships.
  • Comfortable working face to face on matchdays and events in and around a busy stadium.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and ability to work under pressure.
  • Manage your own time and workload effectively to ensure all duties are completed to deadlines, working autonomously and proactively.
  • Experience working in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrate honesty, integrity, reliability, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Excellent team player who cooperates with others.
  • Smart and professional appearance.
  • Interest in sports would be advantageous.
  • Experience with SRO (SeatGeek) and Skidata would be advantageous.
