We are delighted to be supporting a sizeable and very well-known multiband Insurer as they seek to recruit a Training Manager to oversee their onboarding and academy coaching. They can offer either office or flexible hybrid working within this fast-paced, multichannel contact centre. This is initially a 6-month FTC to cover maternity, but with the continual growth this could lead to further opportunities following a effective assignment.

The successful Training Manager will lead a group of dedicated Team Leaders and Coaches to consistently support talented new starters to deliver first class customer service. After the initial induction training, you and your team will be tasked to embed key operational skills ensuring that agents have the ability and confidence to deal with our customers on a variety of issues and platforms.

The successful Training Manager will:
  • Have experience in a similar role, ideally within onboarding and contact centre academy training.  
  • Be able to think strategically and show initiative, while influencing stakeholders to embrace new ideas.
  • Research, evaluate and analyse trends and feedback, creating a culture of continuous improvement and sharing best practice.
  • Be a dedicated role model for their team, offering an inclusive and supportive culture.
  • Outstanding planning and organisational skills.
  • Excellent coaching, negotiating, and influencing skills and good understanding of the learning process.
  • Have the customer at the forefront of everything that you do.
