We are delighted to be supporting a nationwide multi-brand operation with the appointment of a data driven Operations MI Lead to join their thriving contact centre in Crewe. For over 100 years, the brand has been built on the core values of quality, value, reliability, and service. You will be able to put your own stamp on this brand-new role, taking responsibility for the development and delivery of all contact centre operational MI solutions. After a settling in period the role can move onto a hybrid basis offering the chance to work from home for part of the week.

Forming part of the operations team, this will be a standalone role with no direct reports at this stage, therefore the ability to work under your own initiative is key. The successful Operations MI Lead will be expected to measure operational KPIs from a variety of resources, along with ROI analysis, dashboard maintenance, forecasting variance, and opportunities. Analysing data of this multi-channel operation will be a key requirement to provide a detailed insight behind the data to help drive business decisions. 

In this role, you will:
  • Design, build and maintain key operational management information dashboards and reports.
  • Produce critical periodic operational performance data and highlight trends.
  • Enable the end-to-end story of operational performance and key contact drivers for the wider leadership team.
  • Analyse data to provide business recommendations for KPI improvements.
  • Prioritise scheduled and ad-hoc requests to ensure the most efficient delivery of data.
