Customer Service Team Leader

£27500 - £30000 per annum

We are once again supporting our client; a rapidly expanding and highly acquisitive business as they look to recruit a couple of Customer Service Team Leaders for the contact centre operation based full-time in Cardiff.

You will take leadership responsibility for a team of customer service agents who are servicing customer enquiries through various shift rotas 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so the successful candidate must be flexible to work shift patterns which are still to be confirmed.

To be considered for this role you MUST:
  • Have previous customer service team leadership experience with a contact centre
  • Possess an ability to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times, in what is a very fast-paced, high-volume contact centre operation
  • Have strong people leadership experience and have the ability to mentor and coach team members
  • A passion to be a part of an exciting, growing operation and business
