This is a brand new role which forms part of a 10-person L&D function and reports into the L&D Training Team Manager. This opportunity will see you own the end-to-end training life-cycle for service focused staff within the business and you will take responsibility for a mix of new starter, on-boarding training and ongoing development training taking ownership of designing and delivering such training materials.

- Have strong experience of delivering L&D solutions within a customer service environment.
- Be experienced in design and creation of learning objectives and be able to create full trainer notes in order to support training delivery.
- Be experienced in management development of soft skills design & delivery.
- Be IT literate and have experience of working with Microsoft Office products.
- Have working knowledge of conducting coaching in a business environment, preferably within a customer service function or ideally, within a contact centre.
- Possess working experience of CRM systems.
