Customer Support Specialist

We are on the search for x4 Customer Support Specialists to join the team and provide high quality customer service to renew and retain customers.


To be considered for this role, they are looking for people who have a background in retentions or insurance and match the deliverables below.

Key deliverables and experience:

  -Effective questioning and listening skills.

  -Good organisational and interpersonal skills.

  - Computer literate (MS Office) with keyboard skills.

  - Communicate clearly in both verbal and written form.

  - Ability to work to agreed performance targets.

  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  - Takes ownership by using Initiative and problem solving

  - Enthusiastic and with a passion to achieve positive results



Salary: £21,000

Contract: Full time – Permanent – Hybrid – two days in and three days at home

Working Hours: Open Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00 and Sat 9:00-13:00, rotation of a Saturday shift is generally 1 in 4 weeks.
