We are once again supporting our longstanding client, a market leader in the wholesale food industry as they look to recruit a further 3-4 CRM Executives to work in FULLY REMOTE/WORK FROM HOME roles.

The CRM Executive will work with a current Salesforce CRM workforce of approximately 500 users across sales, business development and field/area management and in time this will increase to 2,000 users +/- as the rollout grows and additional areas of the business are onboarded. Additional business areas will include contact centre and national depots.

The role is a blended one and will see you being responsible for:
  • Salesforce Administration (day-to-day management of the platform and user creation)
  • General End User Support (1st line helpdesk)
  • Data Management (moving data in to Salesforce from other platforms)

To be considered for this role you MUST:
  • Have previous Salesforce administration experience (Essential)
  • Be open minded to work in what feels like a start-up environment as the function is evolving and operate at high speed
  • Be 'tech savvy' and have a passion for tech
  • Be competent in using Excel (Pivots, formulae etc)
  • Have a desire to work as part of a dynamic CRM team which will offer lots of internal opportunity as well as external opportunity (Funded Salesforce Administration Accreditation)
