We are delighted to be working with an existing client who are the UK's number one Healthcare Specialist as they look to recruit 3x Patient Support Advisors to join their London based office.

As the first point of contact the Patient Support Advisor role involves delivering an excellent first class customer service through. To be considered for this role you need to be highly empathetic, take initiative, be a clear and confident communicator with excellent telephony and typing skills, strong organisational skills, manage and deal with difficult situations and conversations and appreciation of patient confidentiality.

Your main responsibility is to:
  • Manage inbound and outbound enquiries through the use of telephone, email and live chat.
  • You will make contact with customers who have registered an interest in the product online and educate them on what the business does and how you could potentially support them.
  • You will effectively maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure you are efficiently providing them with reliable on-going support and assistance where needed.
  • It will also be your responsibility to manage customer bookings and take card payments whilst ensuring you are maintaining absolute discretion and confidentiality.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 - 17:00, one Saturday in every 8 weeks
Salary: £25,000+ OTE of £200 per month (90% of staff achieve this)
