This role will be a hybrid one which will see you be required on-site in Bristol at least twice a week (non-negotiable) with the other 3 days split between London and home.

My client has been going through a significant period of change over the past 2 years and as a by-product of this work, they continue to enhance both their business and customer proposition. This includes looking at the overall customer journey and the touch points they encounter along the way and making the experience as seamless, efficient and engaging as it can be whilst adopting an approach to self-serve.

Reporting in to Director level, this role will see you be responsible for 4 business change individuals and by adopting Lean Six Sigma and project management methodologies, you'll create and lead on business transformation capability which supports multiple business areas including HR, procurement, contact centre and finance.

With a number of change initiatives running concurrently, you will be a focal member of a senior leadership team and will contribute heavily when it comes to process improvements, staffing, budgeting, workforce planning and management and compliance.

You will assess and understand all eventualities of a customer's journey and then effectively map processes in line with both capability and process.

During the course of the initial 12-months, you will be responsible for creating, implementing and champion improvement plans every 3-months to give all key stakeholders trust and confidence that targets and objectives are met.

To be considered for this role, you MUST:

  • Be capable of identifying team members' strengths before empowering and trusting them to drive improvements through their skill-sets
  • Be highly analytical and understand the nuances and workings of workforce management/resource planning and budgeting
  • Possess a Lean Six Sigma qualification
Please ONLY apply for this role if you meet the above criteria.
