This role is for a seasoned head of service to join a private equity backed organisation which is hugely active in acquiring competitor businesses in order to increase market coverage and be recognised as a major player within their space.

Our client has 3 main contact centre sites across the UK and they're looking for someone who has a blend of BAU and strategic change experience. Strong people leadership capability is a must as is an ability to understand the end-to-end customer journey and contribute to making positive change in tandem with other leading stakeholders across both the customer operation and change management functions.

NOTE: This role requires someone who is based in or around South Wales as there is no real hybrid or work from home option currently.
