Customer Service Project Manager

£40000 per annum

I am very excited to be working with a fantastic globally renowned client that owns multiple reputable high street brands. They are currently looking for a dynamic Project Manager that operates at the EMEA level focusing on streamlining the customer's experience on their platform. 

The ideal candidate will be change management minded and be prepared to build the roadmap for the customer service function's improvement. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously using your organisational and time management skills while identifying new opportunities for more effective working. The successful candidate will have contact centre and Ecommerce experience to be able to hit the ground running in this role. You will report to the Ecommerce manager, be the voice of the customer and champion a customer-centric approach within the company infrastructure through the projects you deliver, while collaborating with key stakeholders within the business.   

The salary is £39k to £49k with a plethora of benefits including:
