Customer Service Training Lead

£35000 - £38000 per annum

I am very excited to be working with a globally renowned client that is operating in Nottingham that is currently looking for a talented Customer Service Training Lead.

The contact centre itself provides operational support to the Supply Chain Customer Service function. The ideal candidate will have hands on Customer Service experience and be "hard skills" focused.

Optimising strategy for development and technical learning will be a key part of this role as well as delivering regular interactive training sessions targeted at engagement through various platforms. This will be reported to the management team helping identify key training KPIs.

The salary ranges from £35k to £38k with a plethora of benefits including:
