I'm currently looking for an experienced forecasting analyst to join a well-known, high-end retail brand for a 9-12 month fixed term contract which will be 100% remote.

This is a standalone role which will work closely with the customer service manager and you will be the focal point in the build and implementation of a new workforce management strategy.

My client's multi-channel contact centre function (phone, email, livechat, WhatsApp) is small and with approximately 50% of the customer service activity soon to be outsourced, you will create short-term forecasts and capacity plans, solely using excel for both the in-house team as well as the outsourced element. In addition to this, you will be required to create simple MI reports; extracting data from Zendesk and inputting into excel.
