Customer Service Contact Centre Operations Manager

£45000 - £50000 per annum

We’re delighted to be supporting a brand-new client with this exclusive recruitment search as they confidentiality look to reshape their customer service operation. Their online business has grown significantly during the past 12 months, and they need to ensure their service delivery is world class to ensure this growth continues when the coronavirus restrictions ease and in store retail resumes as normal.

We need someone with a strong contact centre background, ideally within retail, who has previous experience of managing an operation of 50-100FTE. One of the main tasks will be to re-energise your people, delivering training, coaching, and developing through your Team Leaders to enhance the culture to that of a best-in-class customer centric service operation.

Supported by senior management, you will have the opportunity to be influential in the strategic vision of the operation, and we want a positive disrupter who can come in and shape change which will provide tangible benefits for their business.
