Customer Service Agent

£19000 - £21000 per annum
We are very excited to be supporting a growing financial services business as they expand their contact centre team. This is an award-winning organisation that puts a real emphasis on caring for their customers and employees.

As a Customer Service Executive you will be working with my client’s loyal customer base. This is an Inbound role with an emphasis on handling client questions knowledgeably and professionally whilst representing their brand.
You will also be making Outbound calls to gather client information and update the database accordingly ensuring customers have the right package.

Due to Covid you will initially be home based (equipment will be provided by my client), however once it is safe to do so, the role will be office based in Buckinghamshire, so ideally you will live within a commutable distance.

Working hours during Covid are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, but you should be flexible to work Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9am to 8pm and Saturdays (on rotation) 9am to 5pm with a day off in lieu, post-Covid.

What You Will Need:

  • Solid B2C customer service experience, financial services experience is not essential
  • Self-motivated and energetic, you will still have lots of support working from home but need the confidence to work independently in doing so
  • A genuine passion and care for delivering high levels of customer service
  • Tech savvy – comfortable learning new systems
  • A quiet place to work at home with suitable working conditions (e.g. a desk, chair and strong WiFi with a minimum download speed of 25mbps)
  • Ability to work towards targets (quality and conversion) and take on feedback to achieve these
