I'm delighted to be supporting a fantastic client who operate as a leading global brand within the sporting industry. This London-based Premier League Football Club are currently looking to recruit two Customer Service Managers for their fan’s services operations based in their Head Office at their London stadium.

Both roles will be responsible for approximately 10FTE that support their global fan base with general customer service enquiries as well as event and venue related customer queries. With a split of voice (60%) and email (40%), you'll be tasked with liaising with the Club's global fan base to establish how you can best serve them, to deliver service levels exceeding their expectations, especially when they go through the turnstiles on an event day.

To be a suitable candidate for this role you must have previous experience managing either a customer service, customer experience or fans-based service operation. To deliver passionate service to their worldwide fan-base it would be advantageous to be an avid sports fan, preferably football.

At present, this business function operates Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm. When fans return to the venue (imminently) the expectation is that the teams will be required to attend match-days, which are usually on weekends or weekday evenings. International travel may also be a part your role, dependant on the Club’s involvement in European Club competitions.
