Contact Centre Coach

£28000 - £29000 per annum

We are pleased to be supporting a well-regarded and established organisation as they undergo a period of growth in their contact centre. My client is recruiting for multiple Learning & Development Coaches to join them in the delivery of excellent coaching to their contact centre teams.

Working alongside customer service teams and their respective team leaders, you will be responsible for observing and identifying development requirements of each customer service agent. You will provide desk-side, one-to-one, tailor-made coaching with focus points on quality, professionalism and more. Identification of coaching requirements will come from a blend of targeted and random reviews of each individual.

This role will require you to engage with staff across the business in creating a culture of learning and continuous development, creating resources that are clear and engaging. You will take a personal approach offering extra support to individuals on PIP plans or to those dealing with vulnerable customers. Please note that this is not a training role, nor is it a management role.

About you:
  • You will have demonstrable experience of designing and delivering quality coaching within a customer service environment.
  • You will take an innovative approach, ability to think outside the box and use your creativity to engage with the wider business.
  • You have a passion for Learning & Development and working with others to achieve their goals and deliver an excellent Customer Experience.
What you will get:
  • £29,000 basic annual salary
