Having successfully recruited for our client previously, we have been asked to support the recruitment process to hire a new addition to their customer retention team.

They're a market-leading eCommerce business now operating in its 6th year and in line with their growth strategy are looking for a team leader to help drive the retention of existing customers and ensure the return of new, first time customers for repeat business.

The role will see the successful candidate enjoy a split role, with 50% of your time spent in a retention agent capacity and the other 50% leading a team of agents. You will be responsible for managing KPIs, helping to up-skill, coach and develop staff and keep a strong focus on achieving ongoing targets.
