Customer Service Advisor (Part-time)

£25000 - £28000 per annum
CCP (formerly known as Contact Centre Partners) is a specialist recruitment consultancy which provides permanent, temporary and interim solutions to the customer contact marketplace.

We are working with a brand new client as they look to recruit an experienced customer service advisor on a part time basis (approx. 24 hours per week) to support their B2C customer base.

You will be a highly service driven individual who is obsessed with delivering the highest level of customer service to your customers. With an emphasis on delivering first time resolution where able, the customer service advisor will also deal with any complaints which have been escalated to them.

To be considered for the role you must:
  • Possess previous contact centre experience
  • Have worked in a service focused environment where customer care is key
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of Zendesk
  • Be a lateral and logical thinker with an ability to problem solve
  • Be an innovative, ideas person who can help develop the day to day customer care operation

The role will see you working from home initially, however, when government guidance dictates a return to the office, you will need to be able to commute to Hertfordshire.
