We are pleased to be working alongside a well-established and highly regarded Financial Services business based in Manchester City Centre that are recruiting quite extensively across various areas of the business.
My client are looking for 2 Outbound Sales & Service Executives to join them in December within their Outbound Sales & Renewals Team. The role will involve utilising existing data and warm leads with the aim of gaining new business, and retaining existing customers. This is a FCA regulated, non-advisory environment where you will use your excellent customer service skills to cross and up-sell additional products and services.

Whilst you will be targeted on your outbound activity this isn't a hard sales or scripted environment, so you must possess strong people and customer service skills with the organisation putting an emphasis on working as a team and doing the right thing for the customer.

Skills Required:
  • 2 Years+ telephone-based Sales or Customer Service Experience in a regulated environment (non PPI or hard sales environment)
  • Experience dealing with both Inbound and Outbound calls
  • Ability to thrive in a target driven environment
  • A passion for delivering amazing Customer Service
  • Friendly and Compassionate, yet also Assertive and Confident
  • Well organised, with ability to manage your own time
You will be working 37.5 hours per week with shifts covering Monday to Thursday 10:00am-18:30pm and Fri 10:00am-16:00pm.

Basic salary is £21,000 + commission/bonus, realistic OTE £25,000.
Upon completion of your 6 months probation basic salary rises to £23,900, bringing OTE to £28,000

In light of current Covid19 regulations the role is to start in December post-lockdown with training taking place in the office, upon successful completion of training you will be working remotely until restrictions are eased.
