We're delighted to be supporting a fantastic financial services business in the North West of England with its recruitment of an experienced MI Analyst. With exciting times ahead for the organisation as a whole, our client is looking to add quality, specialist hires to ensure a quality workforce management and analytics function.

The MI Analyst will take responsibility for the creation and the maintenance of accurate and viable operational MI across the full business landscape and this will be utilised to monitor and ensure continuous performance improvement.

A big part of this role will be to work closeley with key internal stakeholders to design and create comprehensive data models and maintain a data repository to store all BI and MI and ensure technical specifications relating to reports and data sets/feeds.

To be considered for this position you'll possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills which must include pivot tables and macro development, have strong report writing skills, ideally using Business Objects and have a natural ability to understand, interpret and manipulate high volume and complex datasets emanating from various sources.

Taking the current pandemic into account, this role will be home-based initially with a view to returning to the office 1-2 days per week when appropriate.
