Returning To Action

So, first and foremost I’d like to give a big shout out to the NHS and all the key workers who have done the most amazing job in supporting our nation during the ongoing pandemic. Also, our best wishes go out to those who have lost loved ones to this awful virus.

Having returned to the office on 15th June 2020, albeit at 50% capacity, we’ve naturally seen many changes to the working world as we knew it.

So many businesses lost and so many people falling victim to redundancy, the name of the game now is to reset and find the ‘new normal’. Cliched I know, but at the time of writing, the signs are promising.

With many companies still running remote workforces, operational department reviews are the order of the day for many right now.

Such reviews are proving more necessary now than ever before. Enabling businesses to look at headcount, cost and productivity, OD reviews identify staff with niche and transferable skillsets, in turn helping them to be retained, and in some cases, redeployed within other business areas.

We’ve used the lockdown period to look at our own business and service propositions and as a result, we’ve rebranded; Contact Centre Partners is now known simply as ‘CCP’.

The infrastructure of our business remains the same, however, with some tweaks in personnel and a broadening of our markets along with a brand new website, CCP is doing everything possible to support those who need us on both sides of the recruitment fence.

Stay positive, stay safe and be kind.
